- MORE Project EU Info
General description (2 pages) about the goals and planned results of the MORE project.
- D1.1 User Requirements Analysis
The objective of this document is to elaborate in detail the end user scenarios, clearly identifying scenario needs and requirements of the end users with concern to the MORE system. For this reason a lot of information was compiled: the end user’s organisational structure, the problems he faces, the technical devices he uses and the future improvements he expects from the MORE system.
- D1.2 Middleware Requirements
Deliverable D1.2 – MORE Middleware Requirements – contains a collection of all technical requirements which form the basis for the design and architecture phase of the MORE system in WP 200. The requirements have been derived and generalized from scenario specific requirements of D1.1. In addition, they respect common features of existing middleware concepts developed in other contexts. Extended innovative requirements have been added to fit future embedded systems scenarios.
- D2.1 Architecture And Services
Deliverable D2.1 – Architecture and Services – is based on the requirements specification and is a key step in the evolution of the MORE project. It provides a fundamental specification of the design concepts which will be pivotal to the coming implementation phase of the project. D2.1 has been developed together with a series of deliverables as part of work package 200.
- D2.2 Security Aspects
Applications based on the MORE middleware may involve exchange and transmission of personal and sensitive data across several communication protocols. It is therefore critical that MORE provides facilities to protect the privacy right of individuals and their personal information space and also has the capability to prevent unauthorised access and use of restricted data and services. The purpose of this deliverable is to define how security issues will be dealt with in the MORE middleware. According to the architectural approach, this support will rely on a set of security services whose cooperation should help to fulfil the security requirements.
- D2.3 Performance And System Model
The Performance and System Model designed in work package 230 supports the overall decisions on implementation and exploitation of the MORE middleware. The model is divided into two main areas, the platform modeling, which targets at a device centric evaluation and the communication modeling, which has its focus on interaction between the nodes and services and therefore needs to model a global picture of the scenario specific deployment.
- D3.1 Specification of Middleware Test Cases
D3.1 defines 170 test cases. These test cases are on a service level (unlike D3.2 where the tests are on a complete system level). For each test case in D3.1, an execution plan is specified. The execution plan includes the description of the environment, which is needed to allow the running of the test case, as well as a description of steps of execution – including the expected result of each step.
- D3.2 Specification of Validation Services / Scenarios
This document is based both on the use case model specification of WP 100 and on the MORE services specification of WP 200. It is a key step in linking the end users’ and the MORE architects’ view. Both view points are focused on one issue, namely how the MORE services can support the end users processes and needs. Deliverable D3.1 – Specification of Middleware Test Cases – acts as a complement to this deliverable. It specifies test cases for the single services, whereas in this document the flow of services is described.
- D5.1 Test Protocol
The overall objective of this deliverable (D5.1 - MORE Test Protocol) is to act as a guideline handbook for the complete testing of the MORE Middleware both for MORE developers and for any third parties. It incorporates completed work from WP300 Validation Scenarios, in particular Specification of Middleware Test Cases and Specification of Validation Services/Scenarios (D3.2).
- D6.1 Project Website (Updated)
Deliverable D6.1 – Project Website details the interrelation between all web presences of the MORE project. It shows the structure and content of the project website (www.ist-more.org ), the project’s dissemination website (services.ist-more.org ), and the project’s community website hosted at SourceForge (sourceforge.net/projects/mores/ ) based on screen shots of the actual websites. The deliverable introduces the structure and content of the website based on screen shots of the MORE project website www.ist-more.org .
- D6.3 Plan for disseminating knowledge and general press publicity
In order to realize the benefits provided by MORE it is necessary to foster its deployment. This can be achieved by two separate means, dissemination of knowledge and exploitation of results. In this document we review the actions performed and planned by the consortium to disseminate the knowledge produced by the project and to exploit results for each partner. We introduce the MORE “Go-to-market Strategy” identifying the role each partner can play in the global exploitation strategy.
- D6.4 Experience Exchange Workbook
Deliverable 6.4 illustrates how the MORE partners disseminated their knowledge within the consortium. It introduces the utilization of the Web 2.0 Wiki platform during the project's every day life.
- D6.5 Report on raising public participation and awareness
After a short introduction of the project, the Deliverable 6.5 reports on the tasks targeting two particular objectives of the MORE consortium: First, the project partners want to assure sustainable applicability of the project results by encouraging the build up of an interested developer and user community. Second, the project partners want to let a wider audience be aware of the projects existence, context, results and the set of possible applications and benefits.
- D7.3 Final Report
This document presents the deliverable D7.3 – Final Report. The deliverable describes the project’s results and covers the whole project period. In complement to the activity and management reports (D7.1, D7.2, D7.4), which concentrate on person month resource consumption, work plan and costs, this deliverable presents the project from the perspective of contents and contribution. This document may be used as an introduction to the project for direct usage of the middleware instead of the need to read the whole specification in advance.
